A professional with more than 25 years of career. Experience in operations management spanning dropshipping and supply chain, innovation, corporate strategy, process improvement, information technology and project and product management. He was CEO of Opentech, COO of Madeira Madeira, COO of Sotran and Operations Director at Sascar.

Luiz Claudio Silveira Ramos

He has worked in sales for more than 30 years. He worked at companies such as Shell, UCI and Unidas, and led Bematech and Sascar, sold to Michelin in 2015 for R$ 1.66 billion (approx. USD 500 million at the exchange rate of the time). He is a founding partner of Fazzer Consultoria, responsible for sales strategy and execution at clients. He holds a Law degree from FDCM/RJ, with specialisations in marketing from FGV/RJ, Corporate Management from Fundação Dom Cabral/MG and Sales Performance from the Kellogg Management School/Chicago.

Jander Mesquita

An executive with extensive national and international experience. He spent 20 years at Positivo Tecnologia, working in business areas and on the company's internationalisation to more than 46 countries.

Patricia Szlachta

Deventures' PMO, she manages the project portfolio and schedules. She built her career in the tax departments of Philip Morris and Bematech. She is the founder of Jabooticaba, a children's fashion e-commerce brand.

Matías Crudo

A solid career in industrial management of durable goods, operations structuring, commerce and strategic consulting. He is President of the Argentine-Brazilian Chamber of Paraná, founder of MW Consultoria, and worked at companies such as Orbis do Brasil and Instituto Partner.

Marcelo Noronha

An executive with a broad strategic vision and a focus on results, with experience in the services sector, mainly in Technology and Healthcare. More than 25 years working in Information Technology, at companies in Telecom, Education, Wholesale, Retail, Software, Technology, Healthcare and the Public Sector.

Murilo Vieira Junior

A professional with substantial experience in transport management, e-commerce, transport engineering, logistics project management and business management. Partner at MCT Logística, a company specialising in road freight transport projects.

Vinicius Alves Moraes

An executive with experience in product development, technology, finance and management. He worked at major companies such as: Anima Educação, Blu Fintech, Ambar Construtech, Opentech Gerenciamento de Riscos and Michelin Connected Fleet.

Elton Schirmer

A specialist in logistics and transport, Elton is a consultant in the field with more than 30 years of experience in strategic positions in transport and warehousing. He worked at UTi Worldwide, acquired by DSV Global, and at Rodoviário 5 Estrelas.
