Strategic Planning

The main objective is to build the medium and long-term vision, establish clear goals and objectives and develop strategies to achieve them. Strategic planning involves several stages and activities, among the main ones:
Environment analysis and diagnosis: Analyse the internal and external environment. This may involve assessing the organisation's internal resources, capabilities and competencies, as well as analysing trends, competition, opportunities and external threats.

Definition of vision, mission and values: Review of the long-term vision, which represents the organisation's direction and ultimate goal. In addition, help define the mission, which describes the company's fundamental purpose, and the values, which guide the organisation's actions and behaviours.

Setting goals and objectives: Based on the company's vision and mission, help define clear, measurable goals and objectives the organisation intends to achieve within a given period. These goals may cover financial, market, growth, sustainability or other aspects relevant to the business.

Gap analysis: Identify the gaps between the organisation's current situation and the desired future vision. This involves comparing the company's current state with the established strategic objectives, helping identify areas that require changes, improvements or additional investment.

Strategy development: Based on the analysis of the environment and the organisation's goals and objectives, support the definition of the strategies needed to achieve the desired results. This may involve developing competitive strategies, market expansion, product development, strategic partnerships or other relevant strategic actions.

Preparation of action plans: Preparation of detailed action plans describing the specific activities and initiatives to be implemented to achieve the established strategic goals. This includes defining responsibilities, deadlines, required resources and performance indicators to monitor progress.

Follow-up and review: After the strategies are implemented, support companies in continuously monitoring performance and periodically reviewing the strategic plan. This allows adjustments as needed, the identification of new opportunities and challenges, and continued alignment with the organisation's vision and objectives.

Strategic planning is fundamental to guiding organisations in setting their strategic direction, ensuring they are aligned with their long-term goals and objectives. It helps companies make decisions, identify priorities and maximise their chances of success in a constantly changing business environment.
